How big is the Campus at Playa Vista? Big. The area already houses LA offices for Yahoo, Facebook, YouTube (and eventually Google), as well as Belkin, IMAX, Fox, Fullscreen, tech labs for UCLA & USC, and many more tech-friendly businesses.
But anyone that has driven along Jefferson Ave as of late has spotted a few new cranes in one of the last remaining lots, and the plans for that space are pretty stunning — you’re looking at two parcels that will offer over 400,000 square feet of office and amenities space.
The first parcel, also called Wishbone, runs along Jefferson, and will be nearly 300,000 square feet:
The second parcel, called Dollhouse, is nestled towards the park, and will be over 130,000 square feet:
The building is owned by Tishman Speyer and designed by Michael Maltan Architecture and Genslar, who also designed Play Vista Central Park.
